From our kitchen

Made by hand in Palampur

Full Circle is made by Back to Basics Naturally LLP in Village Padiyarkhar, below the Dhauladhar range in Himachal Pradesh.

We cook in small batches. Our sattu is milled at a village watermill. Barley is puffed in an iron kadhai. Peanuts are slow roasted and stone ground. Our mathri dough is made with a barley sourdough culture.
